CoolPad Dazen Note 3 with integrated fingerprint sensor to be priced below Rs 10,000

Chinese handset maker CoolPad has stated in a press release that the company will launch its next Dazen Note 3 with an integrated fingerprint sensor for under Rs 10,000. At this price, Dazen Note 3 will be the cheapest smartphone with fingerprint scanner in the market. 

Coolpad Dazen Note 3 has a 5.5-inch HD display with 1280x720 pixels resolution. It has 1.3GHz Octa-Core 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 processor with 2/3 GB RAM and 16GB of ROM expandable upto 64GB. The budget device will feature 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera.

The Coolpad Dazen Note 3 is available in white and black colors. The smartphone is priced at 899 yuan in China which is approx Rs. 9280. The company claims that it has already received 2.6 million pre-orders for Dazen Note 3 in a week in the Chinese market. Coolpad has announced that the tablet will be priced below Rs 10000 in India, but has not revealed the launch date as yet.

Recently announced OnePlus 2 smartphone also comes with an integrated fingerprint sensor. The smartphone will be launched on Aug 11 and the company has already received over 1 million invite registrations for the device. OnePlus 2 features a 5.5 inch HD display, Snapdragon 810 Soc with 3/4 GB RAM and 16/64 GB inbuilt storage. It has 13 MP rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 5 MP front camera. The smartphone runs Android 5.1 based Oxygen OS.
