NIIT announces StackRoute training business line


NIIT has announced a new Training Business line -StackRoute aligned to StartUp India/StandUp India initiative launched by Prime Minister Modi, and the 10,000 startups program of NASSCOM.

The training program is meant to create full stack programmers having the ability to develop, test and release complete apps on their own. The extensive program will cover a wide range of technology fields including the user interface (UI), the web services layer, high performance middleware and backend such as storage.

StackRoute is a full time 12 weeks program, where you will be learn how to build a high performance apps using the JavaScript stack with NodeJs, AngularJS, Express and MongoDB. Every participant will be a part of a small team which will build, test and release a real product by the end of the course. You will get a chance to be your products reviewed by industry experts as well as showcase your final product to future hirers.

The first pilot center for StackRoute is located right in Asia's hottest startup hub, Bangalore. To join the course you need to have a basic programming ability in a language like Java. The admission process includes a real programming test, an aptitude test, and an interview. Candidates who pass are admitted into the program.
