1.Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to host Townhall Q&A in Delhi
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg will be hosting the company’s next Townhall Q&A in Delhi on Wednesday, October 28 at 12 pm. Zuckerberg made the announcement on his Facebook page and stated, “I’m looking forward to hearing directly from one of our most active and engaged communities.”

2. Consumers to be compensated for Call Drops
Telecom regulator TRAI has recommended that mobile operators will have to credit one rupee to a user's account for a call drop from January 1, 2016. Users will be compensated up to a maximum of three dropped calls a day.

3. Lenovo PHAB Plus, YOGA Tab 3, TAB2 A7-20 launched in India
Lenovo has unveiled the PHAB Plus phablet with a 6.8-inch Full HD screen, the YOGA Tab 3 tablet with 180 degree rotating camera and an entry level TAB2 A7-20 Wi-Fi tablet in India. 

4. Android 5.1 based Blu Energy X, Studio Energy 2 smartphones launched
Blu has launched the Energy X and Studio Energy 2 Android 5.1 based dual sim smartphones in the US. The Studio Energy 2 smartphone is available for $179, while the Energy X is priced at $109. 

5. Apple iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus go on sale in India
The much awaited iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus have finally went on sale in India last night. The Apple iPhone 6s is available starting from Rs 62,000 while the iPhone 6s Plus smartphone is available starting at Rs 72,000 in India.

6. Facebook partners with NASSCOM to launch 'Leaders Building for the Next Billion Program'
NASSCOM has partnered with Facebook to launch the 'Leaders Building for the Next Billion Program' in India. Under the program Facebook will mentor developers and also give them resources to launch apps successfully.

7. Major websites including Uber, NetFlix crash in the US
Dozens of major websites crashed in the US today including Netflix, Uber and the BBC. Although the sites are up now, rumors are circulating that these sites may have been a target of a cyber attack.

8. 5-inch Intex Cloud Swift 4G LTE smartphone launched for Rs. 8888
Intex has launched the budget Cloud Swift 4G smartphone in India for Rs 8,888. The smartphone boasts of a 5-inch HD display, a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735A 64-bit processor with 3GB RAM and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

9. OnePlus X price leaked online
The price of the OnePlus X smartphone was leaked online by serial tipster Leaksfly. According to the site the smartphoen will be launched at Rs 14,500 approx. OnePlus has already sent out the press invites for the smartphones launch on Oct 29.

10. Sony Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Premium to launch at October 21 Event   
Sony India will be launching the Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5 Premium smartphones in India at an event on October 21. The smartphones from Sony have an improved camera. and have a 4K display.
