Chinese handset maker Coolpad has announced that it will invest Rs. 30 crores for manufacturing, research and development (R&D) of its new smartphone - the Coolpad Note 3 in India.

Microsoft has launched the Lumia 640 XL LTE Dual SIM smartphone in India with 4G LTE support. The smartphone will be upgradeable to Windows 10 Mobile OS when it is released later this year. It will come bundled with a SIM offer from Airtel, which includes the Airtel Double Data offer.
