1. Lenovo Vibe S1 launched for Rs 15,999
Lenovo has launched the Vibe S1 in India for Rs 15,999. The smartphone features a five inch display, an octa-core processor with 3GB RAM and is backed by a 2500 mAh battery. 

2. Telecom Ministry gives BSNL, MTNL notice on poor service quality
Telecom Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has recived numerous complaints via social networking sites about stated owned BSNL, MTNL and India Posts. The ministry has appointed an agency to look into issues raised by subscribers on social media sites.

3. Titan, HP Partner to launch a new range of smartwatches
Titan Co and global information technology major HP have joined hands to launch a new range of smartwatches. The companies stated "The range of smartwatches will be launched later this year in India and select international markets." 

4. Microsoft confirms Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL Windows 10 Mobiles to launch on 30th November in India
Microsoft has finally confirmed that it will be launching its flagship, Microsoft Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL Windows 10 Phones on Nov 30 in India.

Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of the Redmi Note 3 launch for November 24th. The company has stated that the Redmi Note 2 Pro will be released as the Redmi Note 3.

8. 5-inch Oppo A33 with 4G LTE support launched
Oppo has launched the A33 smartphone in China at CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs. 15,500). The smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with the ColorOS 2.1 skin on top. 

9. Lava Iris Atom 2X with Android 5.1 Lollipop available online at Rs. 4,499
Lava has launched the dual-SIM Lava Iris Atom 2X runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) IPS display, with 1.3 GHz quad-core processor (unspecified) coupled with 1GB of RAM.

10. Intex is number one domestic handset maker in India
Intex has surpassed Micromax to become the number 1 domestic smartphone maker in India, according to IDC.
