Xiaomi gearing up forn Nov 26 event, may launch Redmi Note 2 Pro, Mi Pad 2 and even the Mi5

Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Mi Redmi Note 2 pro, Mi pad 2 and may be even the Mi 5 at a mega event scheduled for 24 November 2015.

Here is what we know about the devices.

RedMi Note 2 Pro – This budget friendly phablet will be a fairly big deal with its cheap pricing and wonderful features. Rumors are that it has a Media Tek MT6795Helio x10chipset with an octa core processor. Sleek, stylish and metallic good looking phablet with a 5.5 inch IPS display screen, running at 1920x1080 resolution, it will be a perfect combination of beauty with brains at an affordable price.  Other routine features include a 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage with micro expansion up to 32 GB, 3060 mAh fast charging removable battery and a 13 MP main camera with LED flash, face detection and auto focus. Another addition is going to be its fingerprint reader which is going to make it safe and secure.

Mi Pad 2 – As evident from the teasers this seems to be a brilliant compact tablet which runs on Intel Atom x5 – Z8500 chipset. The Atom features 4 cores and runs on 2.2.GHz. Powered by Android Lollipop it has 2GB memory. Not much information is available on this, as for now, but very soon we shall get our hands on it.

According to rumors Xiaomi may also launch its next flagship Mi5 device at the event. Here are the rumored specs.

Mi 5- Based on qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad core processors coupled with 3GB of RAM, it has dimension of 155x77.6x7mm and a body weight of 160 gms. The 5.7 inch screen with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels is a mere luxury. It has storage of 64 GB expandable up to 128 GB, using a microSD card.

The Mi5 runs Android OS 5.1 Lollipop with MIUI and is powered by 3500 mAh non removable battery. Talking about the camera quality it has a rear camera of 13 MP and front of 4MP with dual LED flash thus giving sharper and vivid quality pictures.

Will keep you posted about the devices and specs as soon as they are launched. For now we ask to take the info with a pinch of salt, till Xiaomi confirms the specs.
