Registrations start for 5.5-inch Wickedleak Wammy Note 5 with 4GB RAM


Another telecom company Wickedleak has launched a new smartphone known as “Wammy Note 5” in India. Priced at Rs 16,990, the pre registrations for the handset are being done on the company’s official website and the first shipment will move out from 15 January onwards.

Talking about the features, the device measures 149.9x74.3x7.7 mm and weighs 155gms. It sports a 5.5 inch HD display (1080x1920p) with IPS touch screen and 2.5 D curved glass. Powered by 2GHz octa core MediaTek’s New Helio P10 (MT6755) processor, it runs android 5.1, paired with 4GB RAM and in built storage of 32GB. Wammy Note 5 is a dual SIM (2 micro SIM’s) dual standby phone with a finger print scanner and USB Type C port

For capturing your beautiful memories, it packs a 13 MP rear camera with Sony Exmor RS sensor, and an 8MP front snapper. A 3000 mAh battery completes the package.  Connectivity options available are 4G LTE connectivity supporting both FDD LTE and TDD LTE band 40, A-GPS, Micro USB v2, Bluetooth v 4.1, and wi fi 802.11 a/b/g/n.  Ambient light, accelerometer, proximity and gyroscope are the in built sensors.
