Sales exchange and buyback program for OnePlus starts Nov 30

The Chinese telecom OnePlus has initiated a sales exchange and buy back scheme for its two variants –OnePlus X and OnePlus 2. The scheme starts in India, on Nov 30 in a tie up with its online partner Reglobe, an enterprise famous for its expertise in end-of-life product management for exchange and buyback programs for your old smartphones for a brand new One Plus handset.  All you need to do is to register yourself on the site and look out for your old smartphones in the list mentioned. Post registration, you will get the best quote possible and shall be given a date for the exchange transaction.

This scheme has two options (i) Buy first, sell later: here the buyers buy One plus on the market price by entering the invite code on the site.  The company further picks up the older handset on a specific given date. Based on the condition of the device, a price shall be stated and the company shall send across a link for free gift coupon of Amazon India equal to the handset’s price. Hence you pay the purchase price of the one plus and receive a gift card equivalent to the price of the old handset. The second option is “sell first, buy next”. In this option the reglobe steps in first and you buy the new handset later.

Free insurance scheme for the new handset is also available but it comes with a clause that the price of the old handset should be Rs 5000 or above. Remember the invite for the One plus comes with an expiry date, failing which the offer will be null and void. This scheme is open in selected cities of India like Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Jaipur etc. Also it is open till 31 December, 2015. So girls and boys, go…grab it.
