ZTE launches Nubia Prague S with 5.2 inch display, an IRIS scanner and 4G LTE connectivity


The Chinese hardware maker ZTE announces yet another smartphone termed as “Nubia Prague S” which will be available for pre orders in China with shipments to begin from 22 January onwards.  Priced at Rs 25,670 and available in silver and Rose gold color variants, the dual SIM device is equipped with some exciting features like Frame Interactive technology, Eye ID scanner and Dolby decoder.

On the front, is a 5.2 inch Full HD Super AMOLED touchscreen covered with 2.5D corning gorilla glass 3 protection. The pixel density of 424 pixels per inch makes the image 1.6 times sharper than any average phone. The innards include a 64 bit octa core Qualcomm snapdragon processor, with Adreno 405 GPU and pared with 3GB of RAM. It houses 64 GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 128 GB via Micro SD card. On the software side, the phone supports the most popular platform in the market, Android 5.5 lollipop with a layer of Nubia UI 3.0. The metal covered handset is slim at 6.8 mm and weighs light at 135gms.

To capture memorable moments of your life the camera department of the smartphone packs a 13MP rear camera with phase detection auto focus, 5P Lens and LED flash and an 8MP front snapper with a wide angle lens, both of them running on company’s native Neo vision 5.2 camera UI. Connectivity features offered are hybrid Dual SIM acceptability, 4G LTE, WI fi, Bluetooth, GPS and Micro USB connectivity. A 2200 mAh quick charging battery charges the device from 0-25% in ten minutes. In built sensors included are proximity sensor, gyroscope and accelerometer.

The interesting features available on the device are FiT (Frame Interactive Technology) for one-hand use, an Eyeprint ID scanner, audio powered by NeoSound 4.0, AKM4375 Hi-Fi audio chip7.1-channel Dolby audio and Dolby decoder. The phone supports almost all types of video and audio formats and comes pre-loaded with several applications, to provide an excellent user experience.
