Lava Announces LAVA A 71, the 4G LTE enabled android smartphone

The domestic mobile maker Lava’ s new launch,  Lava A 71 4G is available online via India times shopping, a third party retailer as it is expected to be officially announced by the company in the next few days. Coming with a price tag of Rs 5,849 in black and silver color variants, it is yet another budget device to be launched by the company.

Talking about the specifications of the product, it features a 5 inch HD IPS display with resolution (720x1280p) and a pixel density of 196 pixels per inch. To keep it smudge and scratch proof, the screen comes clad in corning gorilla glass  3 protection. The handset comes packed in an alloy frame with a polycarbonate cover for the back. The innards include a 1.5 GHz MediaTek quad core processor that comes paired with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of ROM and can be expanded further up to 32 GB via a Micro SD card. On the software side, the dual SIM supporting smartphone runs on Android 5.1 with base of lollipop operating system. The camera department houses a 5MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front facing camera for taking beautiful selfies even in low-light conditions.

The device gets its power from a 2500 mAh battery. Coming over to the connectivity options it comes with 4G LTE, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, WIFI 802.11 b/g/n featuring hotspot, Bluetooth v 4, FM Radio USB-OTG and Micro USB 2. In built sensors are proximity sensor, gyroscope, ambient light sensor and accelerometer. Lava A71 is the most affordable 4G LTE smartphone to be launched by the company attracting the entry level first time users.
