Intex announces the launch of Aqua Ring, smartphone with 5MP camera

The domestic mobile maker Intex Technologies has added another feather in its cap with the launch of its all new model ‘Intex Aqua Ring”, priced at Rs. 3,999, and exclusively available at Amazon India in black colour alone.

The all new Intex Aqua Ring supports a 5 inch HD display with a pixel density of 294 ppi and 16.7 million color support, protected by Aashi Dragon trail Glass. The smartphone measures 72x143.5x9.25mm and is lightweight at 159 grams. It gets its power from a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6580A quad-core processor coupled with Mali 400 MP2 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The internal memory is of 8GB which is further extendable up to 32GB via a micro SD card. The device is fuelled by the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and supports a dual SIM. The device is adorned by a sandstone back cover and a round oval ring atop to hold the camera and flash.

The camera department includes 5MP cameras both at the back and front featuring autofocus, face beauty, dual-LED flash, panorama mode, and gesture features.  A 2450mAH battery completes the package. Connectivity wise, it supports 3G on the SIM’s, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth. The company is giving a 6 months warranty for boxed accessories including the battery that come along with the gadget and a one-year warranty for the device Intex Aqua Ring.

Another new feature being added is the Emergency Rescue Mode which will help the users in emergency situations. it is easy to use as well as the customer just has to press the volume key for more than three seconds and it would your message as well as  your location to your pre-registered emergency contact.
